Crime Donald Trump Hush Money Fraud Trial (5/30 Update: Trump Found Guilty on All 34 Felony Charges)

This is pretty interesting, last few calls for dismissal were immediately denied. Judge left it up in the air. Even if the judge dismisses it at this point, which he won't, but IF he did, he is still a corrupt piece of shit for dragging this clown show out and if Trump is reelected, I support him prosecuting corruption like this.

@Streeter Actually, props for the defense to bring costello in at this point. He obviously had a bunch of info and the defense brought it out, highlighting the judge is so corrupt. Judge had to have everyone leave the room as he melted down. This creates very beneficial headlines for the defense. Cause if you look here, in their motion for dismissal, the judge basically ADMITS he lies, but why are you scared of the jury? How damning is that after Trump has pointed out the bias in jury selection process. 4D chess maximized

that's nice. cope harder.

show us the statute or rule where it states that an attorney is not permitted to raise an objection and/or the judge to sustain/overrule it before the question has been asked fully.

lol he's a trump girl. He wishes his banged trump instead of stormy

lmao, when even TDS sevant Kaitlan Collins said the MSM TDS press is pushing back on this judge

Nobody cares about what you have to say. Go watch trump porn, maybe you can set up 3 sum between you, trump and matt gaetz

'It's huge': Experts stunned by photo proving Cohen testimony about Trump phone call

Prosecutors want to show jurors a photo of Trump with his former bodyguard Keith Schiller at a campaign rally shortly before the 2016 election that legal experts say could prove testimony by Michael Cohen about a phone call he made to the former president about a hush money payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels.

"Whoa, prosecution has a photo that shows on 10/24 Trump WAS INDEED with Schiller just minutes before the call Cohen said he had with both of them!" posted former federal prosecutor Andrew Weissmann on X. "Which Blanche had sought to refute."

The photo shows Trump and Schiller walking off the stage at an Oct. 24, 2016, campaign rally at 7:57 p.m., five minutes before the 8:02 p.m. phone call in question.

apparently it was admitted into evidence today, by stipulation of the parties.

that puts the two of them together at the same timeframe, exactly like michael cohen said in his testimony when he said that he called keith schiller because he knew trump was with him.

well, i thought that team turd finally got a runner on base last thursday but looks like we're gonna have to walk him back.

Second Trump Lawyer Indicates That Trump Will Not Testify

Emil Bove just told Judge Merchan that he does not intend to call any more witnesses after Costello is finished.

Although he said that could possibly change, it was plan for Trump’s team to rest its case Tuesday.

That would mean no Trump testimony, as lawyer Todd Blanche also indicated earlier.

This is a fascinating clip to CNN, who helped propel up this case for months and months, if not years, is melting down over not just Cohen, but they are even now saying if calls into credibility of the prosecution’s office.

It is a bit longer, 7 min, but very well worth the watch as the other cases that have all been stopped have now all the prosecutors in question for bias and misconduct, which jack smith has already been found to be 8-0 by the Supreme Court.

At first I thought most the Merchsn is corrupt shit was mostly just Trump being his blowhard self. More I see of him......... yeah he kinda really is

The thing is people have to take this step back with reevaluation, and think about how similar judges have been with the 2020 election, with the other NYC cases, with him being spied on, etc.

Considering how this judge is obviously a corrupt POS, politicizing justice, then you see people like Mitt Romney and establishment republicans denouncing those standing up for Trump.

Meanwhile people say, “yes we need Tim Scott or Haley”, who were fully endorsed by those same weak republicans.

People need to wake up.

So when Trump was convicted of money laundering, stealing from his charity or running a phony University, were those trials unfair as well. Is it any time Trump is found guilty its unfair?
I find it funny a career criminal is now being unfairly persecuted.

If Alvin Bragg’s office is doing prosecutorial misconduct, people think Fani Willis and Wade didn’t? To keep funding their relationship? How much money, time, and effort is being wasted on this show trial?

If Trump is elected, I support all of these people being investigated y the DOJ and FBI after Trump revamps the departments with Schedule F

Edit: the only thing I dislike is that it should be called, “schedule T”, for “schedule trump”.
