In hindsight sure, but nobody saw Mahomes being Mahomo. People on national sports talk radio/tv didn't like it and couldn't understand trading up so high to take him when Watson was still on the board. Turdbisky and Watson were considered good picks, Mahomoes was very much a gamble/project.

People saw Mahomes as a first round draft pick with high upside. For fucks sake you sound so ridiculous thinking s #9 pick wasnt expected to be good.

Every QB in that draft was a gamble. Trubisky only started 1 season

There are exceptions, like when the Vikings drafted Christian Ponder or when the Falcons drafted Penis Jr. Those are just stupid as fuck picks. Even guys like Darnold are worth a 1st every damn time.

No, I expect the top tier QB's, Caleb, Daniels, and Maye to be good. The NFL is just so QB needy they overdraft QB's and it works out less than teams who do it right.

After the first 3, none of the QBs are first round grades.
